Looking for information on a Lake Hubbard wedding? Truthfully, there's not a lot of information out there. But, we'll share with you what we've found.
Lake Hubbard, or Hubbard Lake, is located in the northeast portion of Michigan, near the shores of Lake Huron. Nearby larger cities include Alpena, Lincoln and Ossineke. Smaller towns near Hubbard Lake include Spruce and Hawes. Hubbard Lake is seven miles wide and two miles long, and is Michigan's second largest freshwater lake.
Activities on Hubbard Lake include:
Fishing – bass, trout, walleye, and yellow perch; also ice-fishing.
Golf – White Pine National Golf Course, in nearby Spruce Michigan.

Cross-Country Skiing
Close to Mackinaw Island
Nearby Lighthouses - Sturgeon Point Lighthouse on Lake Huron makes for a great side visit.

One popular wedding venue on Hubbard Lake is Churchill Point Inn, a historic 1920's era country Inn overlooking the shoreline of Hubbard Lake. What we like is the fact that Churchill Point Inn offers wedding packages, meaning you leave most of the work to them. Their packages are available from May through October and include a complimentary overnight stay in their Honeymoon Suite overlooking Hubbard Lake.
