Lake Hubbard, or Hubbard Lake, is located in the northeast portion of Michigan, near the shores of Lake Huron. Nearby larger cities include Alpena, Lincoln and Ossineke. Smaller towns near Hubbard Lake include Spruce and Hawes. Hubbard Lake is seven miles wide and two miles long, and is Michigan's second largest freshwater lake.

Activities on Hubbard Lake include:

What we like is the fact that Churchill Point Inn offers wedding packages, meaning you leave most of the work to them. Their packages are available from May through October and include a complimentary overnight stay in their Honeymoon Suite overlooking Hubbard Lake.
